      Non-harmful aids?

Which are those kind of lucid aids that are WORKING and are not harmful in any way? I would like to try something out, but i don't want to take risks.

I can also fall asleep harder these days, so something that helps with both would be better

That doesnt necessarily mean that those 70 visitor know the answer to your question. I suppose they´re looking like me for a valuable answer...

I've been eating bananas and drinking apple juice an hour or two before bed, both apparently great for recall. I've noticed I'm starting to be able to recall dreams from before my WBTB which I was having issues with before. Might want to give those a try?

Is there any proof that they do help? I'm kinda skeptic about normal foods/drinks that do help in this case...

But i would like to hear about LD aids more importantly, my recall is getting better since i run a DJ

Well apple juice especially has a lot of Vitamin b6 which increases vividness of dreams. Unsure of what bananas do exactly.

The biggest impact on LD and OBE is your intention. If you think that something helps, it probably helps... you know, the placebo effect.

Sigh... i didn't ask for placebo I can use anything as placebo. I want something that surely works...

It was a reply to your last post, not a suggestion. If you doubt that something will work, you decrease your chance for success. Well, you dont seem very open anyway for a discussion... so ill leave you alone.

      All the best,

I take vitamin B6 to boost recall, 5-HTP for REM rebound. Sometimes they work, sometimes don't.

If you suppress REM sleep for some time, you will have longer and more intensive REM period later.
