Which are those kind of lucid aids that are WORKING and are not harmful in any way? I would like to try something out, but i don't want to take risks. |

I've been eating bananas and drinking apple juice an hour or two before bed, both apparently great for recall. I've noticed I'm starting to be able to recall dreams from before my WBTB which I was having issues with before. Might want to give those a try? |

I take vitamin B6 to boost recall, 5-HTP for REM rebound. Sometimes they work, sometimes don't. |
