      Galantamine

      is there any substitute for galanthamine,something with at least the same effects?

      You need a prescription to buy galantamine in my country (Argentine) and not much people practice lucid dreaming.

      As ShadowOfSelf said, you shouldn't have a problem getting it shipped to you. However, Huperzine-A is also an Acetylcholinesterase (AChe) inhibitor and should have a similar effect.

      L-glutamine + choline + ginkgo could work?

      There is a reason why people take Galantamine. It works really well, and is proven effective. Choline will work best with Galantamine, but may have some moderate effect on its own. As far as I can tell, L-glutamine and ginko have no proven method of action in relation to dreams.
