      Question Choline & Inisitol

      So I had recently bought Choline & Inisitol. It has effects on dreaming, but i am not sure what. Can someone give me some info here?.

      I brought some from Holland & Barrett sometime ago, although my dreams seemed more vivid
      they seemed to be of a negative nature so I stopped taking them.
      This is how they effected me anyway.
