I've been doing tons of research/reading on lucid dreaming lately, and it is a subject that has always fascinated me. I have very strange patterns with recall, sometimes I'll remember just about every detail then the next night I'll wake up remembering nothing at all. (I believe this is due to cannabis usage)
I have recently stopped my endeavors with cannabis in search of a greater experience in the dream realm. I meditate quite often (daily), and have been doing so for quite awhile.
I decided to go on a super supplement buying spree in the name of lucidity!
I've been on a super vitamin workup for superior mental health for a few weeks now, and I've now ordered a few mixes/supplements to add alongside this for lucid dreaming.

I've used Melatonin off and on without conclusive results so I believe I'll just stick to 5-HTP
