      Noobie needs opinions on new supplement plan (melatonin + b5 + choline)

      Hello all!

      I have been researching lucid aids recently, more specifically supplements I can take that will increase my dream recall and vividness.

      After researching for the past few days I have come up with the following supplemental plan and would like some opinions on it (I am a noob when it comes to dreaming as I have yet to become lucid, which is why I would appreciate very much the opinion of someone more knowledgable and experienced than myself. I am however very motivated and will not stop trying until I achieve ultimate lucidity!)

      I will be taking:
      Melatonin (3-6mg before bed, still experimenting with doses for myself)
      B5 ( taken early in the morning, during a WBTB attempt)
      Choline (taken with the B5 during WBTB)

      I am unsure of the correct doses of b5 and choline to take, Would anyone happen to have more knowledge on the subject?

      Also, does anyone have opinions of my plan in general? Possibly prior experiences with this combo?

      I would love to hear your thoughts, all opinions are much appreciated.

      EDIT: I was also considering tossing in a good ole fashioned grizzly wintergreen long cut lip during my WBTB attempt just to get some nicotine in my system (can't stand nicotine patches or cigarettes). Would this counteract the effects of my plan?

      I have had success with melatonin + B6. I took just 2mg of melatonin at bed time, and then 100mg of B6 at WBTB.

      But if you are serious about supplements, I would recommend looking into the Galatamine + Choline combo.
