I recently bought some 100mg pills, tablets (whatever you call them) of Vitamin B6. My concern is the dosage and whether long term use will produce negative side-effects. I've looked around the web and I've got mixed results; some say dosages from 100mg-250mg over long-term use aren't harmful, yet others state amounts over 100mg should only be sustained for a short period of time and then left for several weeks or even months.

Does anybody know more about this? And whether taking 100mg a day for prolonged periods is going to be bad for me?
