for me its only affected if i sleep during the refractory period.

isnt the refractory period about 17ish minutes? By the time I got into a dream it would only take a few minutes for it to get back to normal. Maybe it's because in REM guys get their morning wood or something.. I don't think i have to worry about this though, I have good recall no matter what, and masturbation probably dosent effect it from what ive seen for the last few months, maybe im lucky.

Good to hear, because I'm caving in tonight. I tried this every night since monday, except last night, was too tired plus I had to get up extra early, but I can't see much point doing it for longer anyway. I once went 2 and a half weeks without it, and nothing happened for me.

while your awake it lasts from about (my experence) 10 minutes-3 hours
