This is one of those new drinks that are the opposite of an energy drink. I split one with my girlfriend earlier and I had some pretty vivid dreams. Do you think this would make for a good lucid aid? Active ingredients: melatonin, kava kava, valerian root, lemon balm, chamomile, hops extract, and passion flower extract. Although on the home page kava kava is not listed, so I'm not sure, the bottle's in my car, I'll check later.
