Blue/Sacred/White lotus

Does anyone have any experience using Blue, Sacred or White Lotus for dreaming or any info on wether it works or not?

I've tried googling it but i've only found pages saying "it's been used for inducing dreams" etc without further info or recommended preparation.

I've tried it a couple of times, though not for dreaming, and it makes you very calm when smoked.

If soaked in wine for a while it makes you very relaxed and sleepy. It also gives you closed eye visuals, and if soaked in wine for long enough or if you drink enough of the lotus wine you apparently have visuals with open eyes as well.

Medium doses of this then seems quite ideal for doing WILDs, considering how it makes you want to sleep and gives you CEVs.

It grows(White) all around where i live so i'm gonna try it when the plants bloom and report wether it has an effect on dreaming or not.

Has anyone tried using lotus as a lucid aid?
