Auditive Alert & Rationality Check.

I made this track a while ago, in which you hear fingercymbals ringing followed by 2 minutes of silence.

This track can be downloaded by clicking the tiny downward arrow button.
It then should be played in a mediaplayer set on repeat, so it can repeat this track endlessly as you fall asleep and sleep through the night.

Whenever you hear the FingerCymbals you should do a Reality Check.
Because by then you should be relaxed and close to sleep I thought of a Reality Check that doesn't require any movement, but DOES require Rationality, which itself requires Awareness. So I'll call it a Rationality Check. Here's how it's done:

-Pick a random number. Visualise it if that helps.
-Randomly add either +, -, X or :
-Add another Random number to get a randomly created sum. Keep it simple; so you're sure you can solve them in Waking life consciousness.

-Try to solve this sum. If you really can't it would appear that you are dreaming.
