B6 is not poisonous not even when you are young. Still I'd not recommend to use it every day. Combo with Zink is fine too and was sometimes reported to increase the vividness... I get the feeling that every one should work out their own cocktail. The cheese however seems to be a dream-myth and has little impact. Try with a glass of apple juice and a banana before bedtime and /or warm milk(in all permutations if you like) |

Wasn't planning on using the cheese as a dream-fuel, just on a website which gives advice about vitamin supplements they said the cheese would carry the b6 through the body because it's dense or something. I'm not going anywhere near bananas though. Warm milk it is. |
