I'm 13 and I've got a box of B6 pills and some zinc. The B6 pills are 50mg each and the zinc is 15mg each. I'm taking the zinc to fight against a cold and the B6 purely for a vivid dream. I want to know:

  • Will the zinc conflict with the B6?
  • How much B6 should I take? A website reccomends 100mg for a fairly vivid dream as a safe dose, but bare in mind I'm 13.
  • Will a lump of cheese be enough to digest the B6?
