Looking for quality, trustworthy and free ld and ap audio programming tracks...

I find that I never really sit down to read and go through materials on lucid dreaming or astral projection. But I always have an MP3 player with me. So I thought tonight, what if someone has made some subliminal audio programming tracks for lucid dreaming, astral projection, and awareness. The first two should be obvious, the last is harder to explain. Essentially I am too attached to my physical body, and I have to deal with the ghosts of old fears from childhood and during my time as a Christian. I also have to deal with new fears regarding a tulpa I created, was connected to, and had to disconnect myself from, of which I may have once posted here. It really made it hard for me to shamanic journey, visit my secret place and dream tree - even affected my meditation time. I used to see the inner world/landscape very clearly, as clearly as I see the physical world in fact. That capability is still there, but I am afraid because of what happened with the tulpa and I don't trust myself. It's not a fear of evil or anything like that. It's more a fear of loosing control, an uncertainty that I am really "there" and not merely in some elaborate fantasy world I constructed. So yeah, I'm serious f'd up! I read in books all the time about how in meditation you are supposed to become aware of your body, see yourself as separate from it, and although I do meditate I have not been able to separate myself from identifying with my physical form. So some sort of subliminal audio that programs me to stop identifying with my physical body, AKA awareness, is what I am looking for. I figure that I could run these audios when I am having trouble sleeping, instead of turning to chamomile tea or melatonin. Basically force my stupid ego to let me sleep or let me lucid dream or astral project. Win-win for me! I could also run them when I am battling unwanted sexual urges. Please don't ask me to clarify that last. I have been through a lot since I first joined these forums, gone through many changes, and I am struggling in many different areas, from the aforementioned unwanted urges to some sort of subconscious criticism/judgment from an inner critic that I have only recently become aware of the possibility that he is there. I have decided to call him Damian for now. Reading Julia Cameron's work, very good books on creativity for artists with excellent spiritual truths woven inside. Plus she's an amazing writer! When she was talking about Nigel, her inner critic, I just had a flash of insight that maybe that's my issue, because I find it very hard to write, draw and pursue my other artistic endeavors, and even when I do I only seem to be able to do one thing. Other stuff drops by the wayside. That's why I stopped trying to lucid dream and astral project. I was trying to work on my inner artist and deal with self-inflicted issues there. Anyhow subliminal audio programming is the solution, but only from trustworthy sources, and preferably free. Please note its not entirely about the money. If someone is trying to help others and doing so freely then they should be spiritually developed and trustworthy. I prefer to stay away from folks just out to make a buck. So if you know of anything please post, even if it costs money. If you think its worth it and you believe or know the material is trustworthy then it's probably worth looking into. I have some files on my computer I will work through, but this will help me to find what I want quicker. Thank you! I appreciate your help, understanding and patience! P.S. I feel the need to clarify here... I am not looking for travel inducing audio, nor am I looking for how-to audio. I am seeking more affirmation audio which programs me to lucid dream, astral project and become aware. Maybe it also helps me overcome any subconscious fear, doubt or criticism/judgment. If the subliminal message is something like, "I Am Lucid Dreaming..." or "I Am Astral Projecting..." or "I Am aware of my body..." then it is on the right track. The use of I AM is very powerful and is another way of determining how spiritual developed the author of the audio is. Yes, I know I can do my own audio, but I don't find my voice particularity relaxing and I have no experience creating subliminal messages. Thanks again!
