All you need to do is set a cellphone to vibrate, set that same cellphones task to go off at the time of you're choosing with task alarm on, and put in a pocket. This won't give you external noise that wakes you up too much. And it only happens once and never again. I set mutable tasks a night about 10. Both set's from 3-5 and 6-8 hours after sleep. Perfect DEILD, or CANWILD alarm! The slight vibration can jar you awake the first few nights, but once you're used to it, it becomes apparent you are less awakened then if you hear an alarm nose.
