      My method.

      Hi,

      I'm new to lucid dreaming and loving but I have always been a fan of having some vivid dreams and being able to recall them.

      I use a couple of aids to help me, they are very effective I have been trying to lucid dream for 4 nights now, success every night.

      Here is my method times are a count down til bed time:

      30 Minutes: One cigarette of Calea Zacatechici along with a glass of milk
      5-0 Minutes: One cigarette of Calea Zacatechici along with a glass of milk and 30g of mature cheddar.

      Simple but Effective.

      are you saying this is all you do? Iv used calea z but with not a tone of success. Also are you saying you just recently started to try having lucid dreams? one more thing, are you having very memorable vivid dreams or lucid dreams?

      sex[x] flying[x] meeting Justin Bieber[-] go to space[x] hallucinate[-] be an air bender with Aang[ ] become a transformer and be able to instantly change into an autobot[ ] fly to the moon[x] fight master chief[ ] Be an animal going to a people zoo[ ] Go to a theater in the 1920's and watch the premiere of a silent Charlie Chaplin film[ ] Meet Albert Hoffman and consume a huge dose of LSD with him[ ] Be rolling while DJing massive rave[-]

      So there are certauin food and drinks that can help you have a lucid dream?
