I'm really surprised this guy didn't knock him the f.. knock him out.
I'm not, if noone else stepped out and saw it (a witness) it would have been the cops word against his. The cop would have said that he beat the guy to protect himself.Quote:

Not with 2 witnesses and a video. The cop will try it, but any lawyer worth half of what he's paid can easily shoot that down.
