The National Day of Silence brings attention to anti-LGBT name-calling, bullying and harassment in schools. Each year the event has grown, and now hundreds of thousands of students participate to encourage schools and classmates to address the problem of anti-LGBT behavior. Founded in 1996, the Day of Silence has become the largest single student-led action towards creating safer schools for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.

What will you do to end the Silence?

I am not going to do anything to end the silence, thank you very much. If LGBT don't like being called names and harrased they should do what the Honduran immigrants did in LA when they was being harrassed.

They made a gang and called it MS13. and now no one fucks with the Hondurans cuz of ms13. So maybe gays should take a page from their book?

Or they could kill themselves. No-one would pick on them then.

Inefficient and mildly insulting proposition; Doesn't solve the issue, rather proposes a shield to cause intimidation and fear, hypocritically.

I would so carry a taser if I could, luckily we can carry handguns here legaly with no papers, if anyone tried to bully this chick a 9mm would surely put the fear right into their hearts.
