Anyone got some cool tattoos to show?.

I am working on a full sleeve tattoo, inspired by ancient tattoo traditions.

sort of like a nametag for my wang.

I dont have any yet but within a few weeks im goin to put the hammer and sickle of the Soviet Union on my left shoulder.

Haven't got any yet but can't wait to get wings on the full length of my back, a thorn rose vine coming from my hip and wrapping around to my side, as well as side corset piercings.



Gorgeous! Ah. Can't can't wait! Although thats not a tattoo I just had to throw it in there. I have my nose pierced and two ear piercings in each ear. I want my belly button done, my nipples, and two more in each ear.

I'm thinking really hard about getting my first tattoo. I was spitballin with my girlfriend and I thought about my new passion for dreams, and am thinking of getting a dreamcatcher, with beatutiful feathers, and in the center have the the treads meshing down to form pine trees and mountains to express my love for nature. My girlfriend thinks its a great idea, as do my friends. What do you guys think? =)

Sounds like a pretty cool idea, I would say go for it.

Im working on two half sleeves that connects over the chest and back. It's all black with lines and dots. Really traditionel, much like the native tribes. The best compare in modern time, is the tattoo in the movie The Fountain. It will symbolise the astral planes, and layers of dreams.

Xaqaria - that is awweeesome. Really nice work.

I have two at the moment, plan on getting maybe 4 or 5 more.

tiny heart in the top corner of my left hand. somewhere on here ive explained it before... but when my mother was 16 she got the same thing, with her best friend. I too was supposed to get it with my best friend, but I didn't and that's why i hate this tattoo. I got this when I was 15, and I am 17 now. Photo was taken the day I got it.

I got this one when I was 16, January of last year. I got it because I love wolves, and I have a love hate relationship with this one, I feel stupid for getting someone elses work on me, but its whatever.

^I'd like this picture a lot more if I hadn't been sitting on a piece of clothing. I think it's a sock.

Well here's my outline of what I wanted. The artist did a HORRIBLE job but I still love the idea of my backwards clock. I'm gonna get it filled in and redone by someone else who knows what they're doing and hopefully extend and branch out on my chest-piece. Maybe get some shoulder, neck, and arm work done.

I've been tossing around the idea of a hand tattoo, but that would be a HUGE sacrifice to make- with society's unfair take on tattoos. Visible tats will have to wait, I guess. :\

EDIT: Ugh sorry DV admins/mods, I REALLY need to watch these post dates better. I'm going to get kicked in the ass sooner or later.

I've thought about it, but would be afraid to get one unless I was virtually positive I'd never regret it.

I don't mind letting this thread exist for a little bit if it draws the interest.

I have a red sun within a black circle over my heart. In the middle of the red sun is the Japanese character for my son's name.

Someday I'll take a pic and show everyone.

I have an ouroboros around my ankle and a prison style tat on my shoulder someone gave to me when I was drunk. I'm planning on getting the I-Ching tattooed around my other ankle to match the ouroboros and I'm also planning a big one up my spinal cord and wrapped around my torso, a variation of the caduceus.

Still thinking about it, probably will be for some time.

My one friend swore he was gonna get the inscription from the one ring around his bicep - still hasn't, but it's probably still somewhere in the back of his mind.

My dad has a few, his first is a sizeable Chinese dragon on his lower leg, there's this circle thing in the middle containing a character which more or less translates as "honor". It looks really great, but I imagine he'd be a little weirded out if I told him I wanted to take a picture of it "for the interwebs".

It IS a really big decision. But I know once you get one, you really give up that reluctance for more.
Hell, in a few years down the road, they'll probably be able to perfectly remove a tattoo for like 100 bucks too, and it won't even matter.

I just wish it wasn't so damn expensive to get tattoos in the first place... or I'd have fixed mine by now. .__.]

It's pretty far down the line though, it would probably cost as much as a car

I half-heartedly considered getting a tattoo for about a year or two...then it clicked: I knew exactly what I wanted.

Its always there to remind me of Lucid Dreaming, and the role its played in my life and philosophy.

When I'm old and wrinkly, I'm going to to get the most racially offensive tattoo I can think of. Maybe a picture of Hitler standing atop of pile of corpses, with a big Swastika behind it and the phrase "The Black Man is God" under it. Then I patiently wait for the next parent-teacher meeting.

that reminds me... on my buddy's grandfather's 81st birthday, he got his scrotum pierced.... just to make some young person have to touch his 81 year old balls.... I thought it was funny.

I don't have any tattoos. never been able to think of one that I'd like to have. I like tattoos on girls. Like the tramp stamp, or on the sides. feet tattoos are hot too.

really crappy picture, but that's it. may add to it in the future. i'd like to get my side done next, but i don't know if i really want to go through that torture...
