Ideas for a movie title
Hello,
A friend and I are making a movie, but we kinda have no ideas for a title (so far). It's a mish-mash with the main characters being Spiderman and Neo (Matrix)....thanks in advance!

Oh, uh, sure. It's an action/comedy. Spiderman and Neo are (in the long run) fighting an evil guy they couldn't fight alone. But funny episodic things happen before that (ex. spiderman has a nightmare about Furbies)...does this help?

Is this just for your own personal entertainment, or something more serious like a competition/project? Because I'm going to be brutally honest here, are you sure you don't want to maybe scrap the idea and come up with something a little less juvenile?

hmm....you mean like take Neo out? I could prolly do that. Tere's two Marvel characters, and Mario so far (Spiderman and Captain America).....I'm starting to see what you mean now that I'm typing it all down :p . Oh, and it's kinda like a project, but it's not FOR anything.....Maybe it should be all Marvel...? But we kinda made it like it would have characters form all over the place (that's what I meant by mish-mash). Does this help?

I forgot to mention in my above post, if you're just doing this for fun, then don't bother with making any changes you don't want to make. I only suggested making changes IF you were entering it into a competition, or something similar.

It's going to be a film with bad acting, cliched and stilted dialogue, and over-enthusiastic fight scenes that just look clumsy.
People will watch it politely for a moment, attempting to work out whether you were being ironic or not.
They will then claw their eyes out and sing songs of woe and strife.

You should be careful about discussing potentially great marketing strategies such as films, games and books, unless you intend for them to be Indie. Just letting you know, even if you're just having a bit of fun.
Also, having the movie called Spiderman vs Neo will definately give you more views, so I reccomend using that as part of the name. So, perhaps you could name it Spiderman vs Neo: Web in The Matrix or something. Very edgy, amirite?

Ok, we've fixed it a bit. It's gunna mainly follow Spiderman through the movie, where he runs into a bunch of ppl (including Neo and Cap). A name just kinda popped into my friend's head: Spidey's Bad Web Day. I don't think I need anymore ideas for titles, but I would like to hear any suggestions about what you think should/could happen. Should I make a new thread for it?
