Thread: Awesome Support

Today a man emailed Microsoft Store support requesting help with downloading a trial for Office. In response, he was given simple instructions on how to proceed along with a message saying "Included is an image with detailed instructions on how to do so."

Out of curiosity, if you received a response like this from Microsoft, would you be offended or otherwise displeased?

Probably not. I'd accept (and probably expect) that kind of response from most of the people I know.

Hm. Microsoft lays off 10,000 people and keeps the one idiot who uses a basic paint program in combination with 1st grade spelling. Now I know how Bill Gates amassed his billions, - good judgement of character in business relations.
