I can't take spicy things, period.
      I like buffalo barbeque sauce, though? ^_^;

The main ingredient is apple sauce, but this stuff is unbelievably spicy

      Another unbelievably spicy hot sauce

West African Voodoo Juice...very spicy. Only one I have that actually uses the Red Savina. *note: voodoo torture doll included free!

      Good stuff...

I like this for its versatility. Good on all sorts of stuff.

      Yeah, that's all for now.

^I see your Blair's Sudden Death Sauce and raise you a Blair's Mega Death Sauce.

Ass Reaper was pretty good stuff, too, but it don't compare to Blair.

Gonna have to try some of these!

I like Tobasco (regular and Green) for cooking and pizza, Texas Pete for pretty much just pizza, and this stuff on anything else:

It's not too hot, but the flavor is GREAT.

I have a few other brands in my fridge and pantry, but can't recall what the are at the moment. I've got one that comes in a small bottle shaped like a flask, that's pretty thick and damned hot, but incredibly tasty. I'll have to see what brand it is next time I hit up the kitchen.

Oh wow, Everything in here looks delicious.

Now I have some additional Hot Sauces to try out.

It seems that each has different taste and sometimes goes well , or not so well with different foods.

I got mine from these dudes. Got a banana tree, too. Pleased with quality overall, but the guy was very snarky in terms of customer service...be sure to order before the summer season, though, as they tend to run out/jack the prices up.

I am not really into spicy things at all. The spiciest I'll go is a normal taco. I am only fine with the spicy seasoning of red pepper flakes in moderation, maybe a quarter tespoon per recipe. Sorry, not into that.

Aww, but I love my power to gross out others...

Hehe, I used to be that way, what with the spicy intolerance. Used to have chips straight, or with a tiny bit of salsa juice. Well, after some time of this, I decided to upgrade and get on with it already. I put jalapenos on my potato skins. The first time, I thought I was going to die. Second time wasn't nearly so bad. The third time, I think I must have lost my mind a bit, because I threw about 8 thick jalapeno slices on a quesadilla. I barely noticed them. And thus began a lifelong affinity for spicy foods.

      Fact involving hot sauce:

Did you know in the military, they have those special individualized meals, and in every one of them is a little thing of hot sauce? That is the only thing in them ever that is glass, because the hot sauce will eat through any other material!

Sorry, I can't handle anything spicier than black pepper. The rest of my family, though, won't even use that. There isn't even chili powder in my house. I swear that I can detect heat in bell peppers, 'cuz I just plain don't eat them.

Interesting...oddly enough, bell peppers contain no capsaicin, the chemical found in peppers that give them their heat. Placebo effect, perhaps? They bind to pain receptors in the mouth, and are independent of taste buds. Milk quenches heat so well because the fat molecules compete with the capsaicin ones, dulling the effect.

What about fat free milk ? That has virtually no fat, and it works too.

I ain't no expert, but I thought that milk quenched the heat because capsaicin is soluble in fat, and not water. Being a fatty emulsion, milk allows the stuff to be washed away from the pain receptors. This is why liquor will also stop a "heat attack."

My problem with peppers may be a placebo-type thing, or else I'm more sensitive than a gas chromatography machine.

      People drink that?

Edit: Ehh.. it's got something to do with the casein (milk protein) being a lipophilic detergent.

This stuff is so good it's rediculous.

Once at my dad's (Indian) friend's house I had some Indian hot sauce...our shit doesn't even compare...needless to say that was the best dinner I've had in a long time.

Dude, that stuff is so WIN!! I throw it on everything. Burgers, steak, chicken, everything. Too mild for me, though...needs some Sudden Death Sauce mixed in.
