Man arrested for being naked in his own home

The woman and her son were in his back yard looking into his kitchen. It is possible that the charges go through due to the fact that he might not have had reasonable expectation for privacy depending on whether or not his yard was fenced in and whether or not it was visible from public ground like a sidewalk. Nonetheless, they were trespassing on his property.

An interesting detail is that the woman's husband is a police officer.

If I was naked in my own home I wouldnt want peeping toms looking through the window out of there way just to call me in... Thats creepy.

He should press charges against her for being a peeping Tom. That might convince her to drop the charges.

You can be nude in your own home, but within reasonable bounds. For example, you can't stand on your couch with the drapes open at a window that can be seen by the street.

Haha so fucking stupid! I often walk around my house naked when my family is on vacation, but only during the day. Mother fuckers can look in during the night. 0_o
