I sing in the car all the time, even dance a bit too if I'm in the mood. The thing is, other drivers often give me weird looks, the weirdos! So my question is, do you sing in the car, cos surely its not that uncommon?

Ya. Most people sing in the shower apparently, but I rarely do... Car is way better cuz there's music and scenery and all that good stuff. :D
I always sing in the car. I love it when I'm on the highway because I can just belt it out and nobody will hear me.
There's no "Heck yes!" option. It's the best thing to do on a 6+ car ride when you're all by yourself.

I don't sing in the car or the shower. Not that I have a car, but I wouldn't if I did.

No. I always feel uncomfortable with the sound of my own singing voice, even when I'm all alone. I just like to listen to the singers who are really good at it and just bask in the glory. I also get annoyed when other people try to sing over the good singers (like my mom).
I like to crank up my music and sing along so that I sound like I'm good.
I sing in the shower, I sing in the car by myself, I sing in the car with others, I sing with the windows down, the windows up, I harmonize, I sing when I'm walking down the street...
So, yes.
When driving, I only sing when I'm with someone who's already singing (I'll sing the harmony, usually).
Other than that, though, I sing only for the purpose of parody. 'Tis entertaining to make fun of other people's musical tastes and thereby ruin their favorite songs for them. :D
This. I've also noticed that other drivers give me weird looks, and none of them are ever singing.... I drive past like 100 people on the way to work every day, not a single one of them are ever singing or look like they're relatively enjoying themselves, they all just look pissed or completely solemn.Quote:

The best when you see somebody listening to the same radio station as you, and they are singing too, and you both see each other. It's like you're the two coolest people in the world!
