ok so i really love to cook !!!

so this is just a thread to post recipes


to start off ...





fried rice....

4 cups cooked rice
1 onion
1 cup peas
1 red bell pepper
some cilantro
2 green onions
1 celery stick
1 egg
soy sauce

and pretty much any cooked meat you want if you want it in.

chop up the onions, pepper, cilantro and celery and set aside

in a large frying pan or wok on high heat add vegitable or canola or peanut oil and the regurlar onions save the green for later

cook them till they turn translucent (this will not take long since you are on high heat)

then add peppers, peas, and celery and mix
add the rice and egg and lower heat to med-high
cook untill the egg is done then add some soy sauce about 3 tsp
mix together till all the rice is a light brown from soy sauce


now eat

remember to keep stirring so you dont burn any thing
