      Is it wrong that the first thing I noticed on the memorial website is that his mom's name is Aquanetta and then laughed?


      I saw the TLC special about this kid, he was pretty cool from what I remember.

      I don't understand how echolocation works re: video games, as it's a 2D or 3D picture on a flat screen.

      He's the only person in the world who's ever been able to see through echolocation without a guide dog or other form of external help.

      Sad that he died, though.

      Not really, the fourth video in my links shows a guy that can do the echolocation, Dan just uses more than one "crutch" at a time.
