Self-induced Insomnia O_O

I was just thinking about how I hadn't had an LD in a long time, and then realized that my sleep schedule has usually consisted of pulling all-nighters, getting through class, coming back to my dorm room and crashing for hours. Um, maybe I should ask, like, can any of you guys usually LD anytime, anywhere, or are sleeping during normal sleeping hours and familiar surroundings usually a prerequisite? You know, I'm kinda ashamed to admit this, but I have never actually tried any of the famous techniques here...of course, I am a natural LD-er, but maybe 'cuz I've hit a dry spell I ought to give any one of those a shot, huh?

Last time I had a Lucid Dream, there was this repair guy coming for the washer. I didn't sleep well the night before so I had to craxh. Part of me was like monitoring myself sleeping for when he showed up so I would hear him knocking at the door. So I was sleeping heavy but I wasnt if that makes any sense. I think energy levels have alot to do with it. While we shouldn't sleep our life away, there is a case for trying to sleep more than you need to at certain times.- Then there is the Celery, Cheese, ( don't forget the Pickle) method.
