Having worked in tech support before, I tend to feel bad for the tech support agents abroad (even though I have pulled a few pranks on the company I worked for :P - childish, I know it) but this shit is awesome. The voice is hot too.
OH, and the freakin' GIGGLE at the end of the second (have yet to hear the third) PRICELESS!

It's funny you say that about the "That's what she said". I rarely say it, if ever, and when this guy said that... it was like this blinding realization, and all I could say was "that's what she said". It was ridiculous.
