Dude, Monday?
You must still be in high school.
I trusted the threatening metal sign more than the casual paper one.
Turns out, it really wasn't an emergency exit.
Continued to watch the Inaugural Ball as Nick Cannon, used too much slang, "yo yo yo"
How the hell did Nick Cannon get in there?
In my dream, I decided to do a nose pinch reality check (to see if it really works xD).
It failed, so I was like: "Hey, it really is a good check!"
Then I walked on, not paying attention to the fact I was dreaming >.<
The amount of coffee I spill on a daily basis is ridiculous. I'm not even gonna post about it anymore, but since I first started, I now realize what a complete loser I am when it comes to like, walking. And holding stuff.
Forgot to book a specific holiday, and now I cannot do it because it is fully booked :(
I'm going to refrain posting here until the weekend where the potential for self-stupidity is a lot higher. Damn fulltime job restraining me to do stupid things...
Make a dumb joke and kick a wall.
Didn't DO anything stupid today, but I realized that I AM stupid for not keeping up with my checkbook. Not exactly fun, not knowing how much money you've got in the bank...especially not when you desperately wanna make a $300 expenditure.
I came half an hour late for a test yesterday. :P
I dint have a lighter, only a torch, and I went to light my cig with the torch and the wind was blowing, so I put my hand up like you would a normal lighter and almost burned my hand!
I did this before. but I dont know if I posted it or not
Ok, we just had an alarm installed on the house, due to a recent break-in. Today, I was to take off half a day from work, wait for the alarm guy to come and install the system, and then go in to work. My mom had gotten a ride to work from a friend, so that I could use her car for the day, because mine recently broke down.
The guy came, did the job, and left. I got ready for work and was making sure that I got everything that I needed to take, so that I didn't take the chance of having to come back in and setting off the alarm. While rushing out, my main focus was to remember how to arm the alarm with the delay on it, so I didn't set it off. I even put all my stuff in the car first, and then came back in to arm the alarm, so that I didn't chance leaving anything.
So, on my final way out, I set the alarm, made my way quickly through the laundry room and out into the garage, locking the door behind me. I went around to the driver's side of the car and reached in my pocket to get the keys...which were still back in the house.
Along with the car keys, were the house keys...:doh:x2
So I just spent the last 2 hours sitting in my garage in 90-something degree weather, wearing jeans and a thick-ass jersey. My mom had to call a cab to bring her back home so she could unlock the house. :?
Did I mention it's fucking HOT outside??
Nothing today, but on Thursday I pulled the some of the most boneheaded moves on my drive home from Santa Cruz. Firstly, I planned my route out from work to Josh's house, but not the route back home. Secondly, I was only half-listening when Josh gave me verbal directions on how to get home from the Riverside exit off Hwy 1. Thirdly, I took an exit toward Gilroy, completely forgetting that it would lead me to Hwy 152 which goes over Mt. Madonna to get to Gilroy, so I had to flip a bitch the moment I started seeing the tell-tale signs of beginning to drive up a mountain...*facepalm* Fourthly, after calling my stepdad to get directions, I was in the wrong turn lane on the street I needed to turn off on, and ended up running a red arrow light in a panic. Thank GOD there was no police officer to see that.
So yeah. Moral of the story: Plan your route back FROM your destination as well as to it.
