Got some cool people.
It's about lucid-dreaming.
Administrators are doing much work for the luciddreaming part of the forum.
Dislikes:
Lots of shitty members.
Some of the administrators suck. I know this is a situation that is hard to avoid, but I'd say it's way more severe on this forum, than most other forums I go to.
The chat is fucking horrible, go back to IRC goddamnit.

Me is the same as metcalfracing except that I didn't learn lucid yet . Other then that it's the same (sorry for being lazy guys ). But for dislikes there is only one and that is the Religion/Spirituality the reason for this is because all there is, is Flaming and insulting and nothing else.

Likes:
- Very Organized
- Tutorials and Database

Dislikes:
- Slow replies (Can't be helped )
- Useless topics that don't contribute to anything, but really just topics that I can't reply to because I don't have anything to say.
- Stupid chat sounds (can be easily fixed with options, more of a pet peeve...)
- People don't talk about lucid dreaming in chats

I like it because it's like my own private world. I can ask for advice and stuff and nobody I know personally will ever know about it.

I like the staff.

I like about half of the staff, but the other half is totally incompetent.

i dont think ive seen any staff who i dislike.

i see that everyone hates the chat, but i quite like it.

and i like everything about dreamviews, exept the odd annoying person, but thats quite rare.

It's not dreamviews I love at all. It's the people here. You know who you are. If they were not here, I would have no reason to stay here (except for the occasional purpose of answering questions in my "how to trick the body into falling asleep thread").

I like it because everyone is a weird as fuck nerd.

I love it here. I like the people and the threads. I dislike the name calling, but it seems to me that there are a lot of teens here (if that's not true, maybe some people could learn more manners and act their age lol). I can write most of the insults off as people being young or passionate about what they believe in, which I respect.
I'm new here and with all the stress from life and leaving tonight for a 10 day trip, I've not yet had the pleasure of exploring the how-to threads. I know I can't apply them at this time and want them fresh in my mind
So I have a lot of goals to meet upon my return.

Enjoy your trip! Feel free to print out some of those tutorials to take with you. Who knows, you may get a chance to look over them.

I'll still keep my dream journal though. I have an application for my iPod Touch for wordpress.com which is what I use as my blog. It saves what I write even if I can't connect to the internet, but as soon as I get into a hot-spot, I can upload it.
It's one of my favorite apps lol though I don't use it much since finding this place

Lucid dreaming!
A community of cool people willing and ready to talk about LDing
Helping teach other people about LDing
Being able to helpfully moderate the site (moving, merging posts etc.)
Got some great friends here, and generally everyone is damn cool
When I do go off-topic you guys are hysterical

Dislikes:

Absence of people highly educated in the fields of psychology and lucid dreaming, and speculation and fact-statements by those who should not even speak
Absence of subforums that would make life clearer and easier
People who can't be bothered to post in the right section, or repeat post
I spend way too much time on DV

Old/intelligent/wise members leaving because of general decline of the site/members
People asking simple questions they could just search for
Couch 'scientists' who just muddle things up and are idiots

- Reminds me to focus on lucid dreaming;
- Task of the month, which I keep forgetting;
- ClouD.

Hate:
- Promotes my procrastination;
- Many members seem unaware of how dreaming is affected by expectation and construct unnecessary belief systems around dreams;
- Off-topic is the more active section.

Like:
- The discussions in R/S and Philosohpy
- Senseless banter shenanigans

Love:
- The Dramaz
- ClouD

Hate:
- Everything else

The BD section, filled with loonies
The Extended Discussion forums, (otherwise known as ED, which I would rather have than read a post from it) which is 1/2 lunatic theories from people who are "smrat" but got tricked by a false source, (See that Dreamhope loon) and the other half is stuff that belongs in the Lounge.
The druggies, you guys make the rest of us look like god damn hippies!
The drama whores. Seriously. There's more important things going on. Get a god damn life.
The assclowns that are about to call me out and say "well if u dunt like the site u shud leaf" NO. If YOU got out, then it would be better and I wouldn't be complaining.

Like: The way people with a bunch of different beliefs and theories can mix and not try to kill each other(except sometimes in R/S)

Dislike: The fact that many of the people with... lets just say "unusual" beliefs are completely close-minded and will not even entertain the fact that they may very well be wrong. To those that are, and are reading this: Posting you are open-minded doesn't mean you are!
