      It wasn't disturbing at all...

      The guy slugged himself in the hand because he wasn't holding onto the gun tight enough. It wasn't gory, not surprising, or anything... I don't see how you think this is disturbing.

      He shot his hand with the third shot of a 3-shot burst (LOL I NO DIS CUZ I PLAYD COUNTERSTRIKE ONCE). As AmazeO pointed out, there's not really anything disturbing or weird about it. He just wasn't careful enough.
