CIA (or FBI) agents who are on undercover missions/double agents carry cyanide packs under their teeth, and when they're found and forced into interviewage involving torture they can simply bite the pack and kill themselves?

One of my friends told me that.. could be true !

Much more efficient would be a tooth that had a poison spray so that you could take out your enemy as well.

That's what they did in the 60's; I'm sure they have much more effective methods now. I would hope.

I heard that snipers are supposed to carry a dagger with them that they can use to kill themselves if discorvered by the enemy because they know the layout of the entire battlefield. Dubious source though.

Snipers carry guns... don't they? Um... less painful than a dagger... yeah

Well, it would be hard to shoot themselves with a sniper rifle.

Also, I think the idea was that it was a concealed knife, so if they were captured they could dislocate their arm and kill themselves.
