Bionic waste, being an alien, nuclear radiation, magic, God, whatever the cause:

What super-power would you have and what would you do with it?

I say telekinesis, and use it for hilarious high-school shannanigans. :)

Ultimate telepathy; as in control people completely.

Shapeshifting, ala mystique.

Probably super speed, like the flash.

Hmm If I could, I would have the super power to have them all when needed. ;)

I'd have to go with telekenisis myself. As long as I can use it on myself as well. Because then I can fly!

I've got the coolest power of them all: Saving and loading your various saved states (like in video games).

-Invulnerable Skin
-Lentation (ability to put your body into an incredible high speed mode making it seem as if the world around you has slowed down dramatically, spiderman has this ability.)
-Super Strength
-Reverse Aging (where I would age to a certain point, say 30 and then slowly start to become seemingly younger for a bit, though in truth...my body has just stopped aging)

If I only had the one, the ability to control time, like Hiro from Heroes, would be my first choice.

Flight, super-strength, and telekinesis are all good ones too.

Flying. That would be just awesome... 'tis one of the main reasons I want to learn how to lucid dream.

Time stopping would rock, but I think I'll go with invisibility.

To whomever is handing out these powers, please note that I want the flavor of invisibility that allows me to take my clothings with me into the unseen world. Having to get naked first (a la Claude Rains) would severely harsh the buzz.
