I understand that. My point is that when you say "you're insulting my country," what you mean to say is "you're insulting the American Majority that, at the time, elected and re-elected Bush." Saying that that is an insult to "our country" is a bit misleading because, being a part of this country, there are still a lot of Americans that happen to agree with the similarities.
I know it's simply a matter of technicality, but I just don't agree with your choice of words. That's all.
