Organic beef tenderloin filet cookies with sweet brown sugar BBQ icing and garlic-n-herb sprinkles.

Anyway, here's my homemade cream cheese. I use Promised Land heavy whipping cream, add my secret blend of bacterias (bacterium?), let it set in that pan for 12 hours at room temp, then scoop it into the cheese cloth lined strainer you see below, then let it drain for about 6-8 hours more. I could have left it like it is in the pic and it would have just been really creamy and spreadable, but I wanted to strain it and make it thicker so I can wrap it in cheese paper and give to my friend Isaac. He's cool because he brings me back raw milk from this one dairy when he gets his.

In a tribute to anderj's love for bacon, this is my boyfriend's pork loin (center cut), butterflied, stuffed with homemade chutney, rolled up, wrapped in maple bacon, then hog-tied and oven roasted to perfection:

Then last night's homemade burrata (which is essentially homemade mozzarella, and you stretch it into a rectangle, then fill it with ricotta/mozz scraps/cream or whatever is on hand and then form it into a ball. Then you cut it open and enjoy it in all its ooziness. I filled this one with the homemade cream cheese from the other day.):

Just finished making Chicken Stew today after Biology lab!

I think I did fairly well for my first try



-Chicken
-Potatoes
-Carrots
-Green Onions
-Black Pepper
-Onions
-Garlic Powder
-Season-All Powder
-Agi
-Salt
-Tomato Paste


1. Cut up chicken breasts, lime them up and put a plastic bag over the bowl you put them in and let it sit for a day.

2. Wash out the lime from the chicken thoroughly, then added some Season-All powder....put back in fridge and let that set in for a day.

3. Chopped up the Carrots, Potatoes, Green Onions, Onions.

4. Let the chicken simmer in oil for 4-5 minutes minutes just for one side, take it out and cut it up, start adding the potato and other stuff. Then wait until that gets a little brown, add a spoonful of tomato paste.

5. Stir it up, then start adding the chicken and add a half cup of water.

6. Add the Agi, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and a bit of salt.

7. Let it boil and cover it up for 10 minutes.


8. Check to see if Potatoes are soft enough, taste the sauce a bit and add more salt if needed. Cover it down for another 5-8 minutes.

9. Check if sauce is thick by getting a small spoon and let it run to see if it goes slowly or fast.

10. Serve with Rice and enjoy.

Quick and easy lunch. Turkey deli sliced lunch meat and sliced American cheese between two whole wheat tortillas. Grill and then cover with Miracle Whip. Sprinkle on Chili Powder and Cumin.
