Made Fried Rice for the First time. Next time I'll leave the rice a little harder, it looks so mushy ;_;
Oh well, have to keep practicing :D
http://ompldr.org/vaDlseg/IMG00328.jpg
http://ompldr.org/vaDltNA/IMG00329.jpg
1. Rice
2. Vegetable Oil
3. Broccoli , Peas, Red Peppers, Corn
4. White Pepper
5. Agi
6. Lite Soy Sauce
7. Scrambled Eggs
8. Garlic Power and Onion Powder
9. Salt
----
1. Added a small portion of vegetable oil
2. After it's heated, added the rice, which should've been less mushy :c
3. Stirred it then added the veggies
4. Stir some more
5. Added the Powders, White Pepper, Agi, Salt
6. Then added a little bit of soy sauce.
7. Mixed it up some more
8. Added Scrambled Eggs and chopped them up while mixing it some more.
9. That's it.

Oh and pancakes:

I don't know how they're still up like that, guess they're just awesome semi-burnt pancakes. :P

I'll just drop this garlic and herb butter topped porterhouse with asparagus here.

So I admit that I resorted to a bread machine, just to see. And holy wow look at this tall baby:

My daily late night snack routine. About three table spoons of Louvin' Brand ice cream(mintalicious flavor with pieces of chocolate), which is barely visible on the lower left. With some blue berries, diced strawberries, sliced banana, crumbled walnuts and sprinkle of cinnamon. It's a low fat ice cream with half the fat of regular ice cream.Attachment 4364

Chicken and white rice...but I threw crushed pineapples into the white rice. Very different...maybe I should have added a bit more spiciness to it.

Home made Egg McMuffin:
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps955bb380.jpg
Gotta torch the egg in the little one-egg skillet or it takes too long to get done all the way through - actually makes cooking breakfast fun!
Must also add just the right cheese blend for perfect yummification:

Creole chicken for lunch. Yeah, I love my new square plates..
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps5dcc8a23.jpg
And chicken and dumplings for dinner:
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps42d44eae.jpg
Sorry, pic got blown out thanks to the flash, and battery died immediately after, so I doctored it up as much as I could in Lightroom. Oh well, it isn't a great looking dish anyway - the important lesson here is that I'm eating nothing but eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch and chicken for dinner - when do I start growing feathers?!!

Ok, as promised, here's my creole chicken v2.0, now with bonus garnishment, because presentation is important:
Refrigerated..
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps300b0447.jpg
(Gotta keep the ingredients separated so the chicken skin doesn't go all soggy - I used oven-baked Chicken Nuggies)
Plated..

Mexican cheese blend makes every meal into a Fiesta!
And all garnished up..

Aaaawwwwww CRAP!!! SERIOUSLY??!!?!?!! Blurry picture??! *sigh* Oh well, at least you can kinda see the fresh-ground black pepper and parsley on top. You'll just have to trust me, it looks a lot better than before. Shoulda used the flash...
Next I graduate to fresh chopped parsley - this is the stuff from a bottle. Anyway, thanks for stepping my game up guys! NOw I gotta work on my photography - cause presentation is important! :bang:

Finally Nailed down the elusive Creole Chicken!!
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...psc7b1381b.jpg
Sorry to post the same dish so many times, but this felt like some epic wrestling match with a giant prehistoric chicken and I finally pinned it!! :awesomed:
It looks kinda sad though next to all these amazing dishes you guys are posting. I can see my work is cut out for me..

Bootleg Greek Salad:
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps1ab63b09.jpg
Bootleg because it's not any kind of authentic Greek salad - just romaine mix from a bag with some black olives and cherry tomatoes, a little fresh grated feta, garlic croutons and Italian dressing with a little lemon juice drizzled over top. Came up with this a couple weeks ago when I made Greek chicken and pasta and had some feta left over - wanted to try to Greekify my salad a bit. It came out pretty good.

This is my latest creation, The Cheeseburger Meatloaf Cheeseburger:
http://img849.imageshack.us/img849/1386/imageihkd.jpg
Basically I made a standard meatloaf but I smothered it in queso while it was baking. Then sliced it and made a cheeseburger out if it. Yummmmmm

Awww - nobody guessed before it was done cooking! :crying:
No problem - I don't think anybody would be stumped - it's corned beef of course! Everyone's favorite brine pickled meat! See the inside story:
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...psc9ca2af1.jpg
It's fun simmering things!! You can hardly see the meat in this pic, but trust me, it's in there.
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...psec2ca6dc.jpg
I like the little patterns of waterdrops inside the lids - looks kinda like dinosaur skin. :paranoid:
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps9816569b.jpg
Can hardly wait to dig in! And wow - that brisket really shrank up!!
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...psd694f05f.jpg
Yes!! At last - after smelling it cooking for almost 3 hours! You've gotta have Hanfelder's Horseradish, and you gotta get a fresh jar each year for that real bite! :panic:
Also be sure you've got the cabbage pre-cut - that's the only thing that can cool the burn when you shovel all that horseradish in! I've got another brisket lined up to go into the crock pot later tonight and try to sleep while it fills the house with the heavenly aromas of simmering pickled meat... the second one's strictly for Reubens!

It's Reuben time!!

http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j8...ps4cf0f724.jpg
So good I had to make two - well plus I forgot to get a pic of the 1st one.. :?
My rationalization is the 1st one was breakfast and the 2nd one was lunch. It leaves such a good taste you don't even want any dessert.
Ok, now I'm good for a week or so - no more photo montage documentaries from me for a while.

Tonight, a much needed grilled NY Strip with brussel sprouts and pancetta crisps from the heavy iron.
