Cows.

-Black and white, but they live in green fields. (I know they don't do this by choice, but where in the world would black and white serve as good camouflage?)
-They'll stand still long enough for you to push them over.

June bugs.

Anything that flies around at random, smacking repeatedly into stationary objects, isn't exactly evolution at its finest.

Squirrels.

When you trap squirrels they try to commit suicide by constantly jumping and hitting their heads on the top of the cage. It was the funniest goddam thing i have ever seen when i saw a squirrel knock itself out

I've given the Junebug one a lot of thought actually. They are either stupid, cannot fly well, or cannot see well.

Slugs are pretty dumb. Leave your beer laying out and they crawl in and drown.

How about birds in general?

They fly into windows at high velocities and get stuck in open garages.

I had to put a female cardinal down because of that once. with an airsoft gun

They're paranoid. Lalalalala I'm walking to the bench. OH CRAP THERE'S A BEE! So I calmy walk away, but all the time the idiot bees will follow me, so then I just run really fast

Actually, I've found that bees rarely actually sting you. Even when they come over and start buzzing really close to you, you can just give them a smack and they fly away(probably because they're wounded). It's wasps that I always watch out for.

Allthough I guess we all agree that Wasps are such completely annoying and frustrating flying terrorists that they all shoudl massively die Simultaniously, there is no Doubt in Mind that God must have seriously been smoking Pot when he made the most Useless Animal of all:

The Platipus
whahahah See God has a sense of Humour? It's a Duck? It's a Beaver? Is it even a Bird? No it's a Mamal...But why does it have a Beak like a Duck and Ducklike Flappy feet?

Heh, the platipus lacks tits, it feeds it's young bee seeping milk out glands and dripping them onto it.

Junebugs are actually really smart, they're just incredibly abstract thinkers and aren't looking where they're going very often, think about that one nutty professor you had at college that was always bumping into things, they're like that.

Anyway, the dumbest animal is the Panda, like cows when it comes to camouflage, lacking in sexual drive, and not very endurable when it comes to humans ripping their territory apart and shit.

Maybe they're just zen, and sort of above the whole need to procreate and survive.

Houseflies. How many concussions do they need to give themselves before they realise; that glass just aint gonna give.

how about fish in general. One day while i was fishing i caught the same one upwards of 10 times (i could tell from the scar on his side). Now THATS stupid.

I guess Ozzy Ozborne is a possible candidate
