It was supposed to be automatic once a member hits the 5 year mark. So we just have to do it manually when either we happen to notice, or when y'all say "Heeyyyyy, what about meeeeeee?"

I just hit 6 years this past November, but I'm not even involved enough with the community to know anything about the "community team". Is there anything else to it other than having your name in teal?

Not really Community turnover is really high, since it's a forum. But maybe it'll turn into an active subforum, who knows. It's also how we recognize ex-staff who are still active and contributing.
