      Wardrobe malfunction.. need advice!

This question is probably more for the women on the forum but guys feel free to chime in:

I went to a ballroom dance program last night and one of the female dancers was doing a slow rhumba dance routine. She came up to me before hand and was soo happy and proud of herself.. she had made her sexy dance costume and was telling me all about it.

The tables were set up around the dance floor in an "L" shape. There were about 80 people in attendance and I was sitting at the very last table by the wall at the end of the "L".

As she danced towards me, her partner spun her and, when he grabbed her around the waist, her top stopped moving before her body did and I and the lady next to me got a full view of her nipple for about 2 seconds! Lucking she is a small woman and small breasted and the dress panel covering her breast moved right back into place. I'm not even sure anyone else saw it happen. Also they were videotaping the show and thankfully her back was at the camera when this happened!!

      Ok.. here's my question!

Do I tell her what I saw? The only reason I hesitate to tell her is that she was soo happy afterwards and was so proud of herself. She came running over to me and I couldn't bring myself to ruin that moment (or the memory of her dance) for her.

I have done such a ballroom dance performance and I know that if I had been told that my boob had came out I would be mortified and I don't know if I could ever do another show or face the people who had watched it. Even if I was ASSURED that probably no one else had seen it.. it would still haunt me.

My husband (who wasn't there) says I'm being too sensitive about the whole thing and I should have just told her but I don't think guys understand. I asked him how he'd feel if someone came up to him and told him that his dick had popped out while he was dancing and he just laughed.

Part of me wants to tell her in case she ever decides to wear that costume again.. she may not be so lucky the next time and may flash a whole audience.

I could tell the owner of the studio (who also instructs and does competitions) and ask her to mention in a nonchalant way that for "security" reasons she may want to add a strap to the back of her costume to keep the breast panels in place.

I feel I need to let her know but I'd hate to ruin her memory of that night.

      Opinions please!

I wouldn't want to tell her either. I guess it really depends on how likely you think it will happen again. There is a chance she wont wear it again, and if she did there is a chance it might not happen again,

If you think it might happen again though, I say tell her. Only thing worse than it happening again and everyone noticing, is that to cheer her up someone goes "oh well thats not the first time it happened and no one cared then".

True! Plus as I said they videotaped it and, while her back was to the camera, they may have a great shot of my reaction
(even though I hid my gasp behind a program my eyes were still visible).

You might also want to tell her that she might want to tighten the dress or add a strap in case something like that happens. That way you don't have to tell her that it happenned but she can still imagine the possibility. Maybe that would be a better way of going about it.

Good idea. I wouldn't want to tarnish her memory of the dance either, but at the same time I think she should be made aware that something like that could happen. You don't have to tell her it did happen, just what if... I think that might go over better. I think I'd be embarassed if something like that happened to me unaware, but I would rather be told so that next time, I could fix my outfit and spare people having to look at my small boobies.

... my... small boobies... *runs away crying*

What are the odds of something like this happening again? Seems there were several factors that all had to fall into place just right. Her spin, how the dress was hanging, vantage point.

I would just let it ride.

i say not to tell her. she made that dress herself and probably didn't make it well enough to secure her breasts. i would be very motified if someone told me, so i suggest you don't mention it. however, if it is haunting you, then tell the owner about the security suggestion like you said or what merck suggested.

Je33ica, after I found out that she was going to do competitions, I decided to pull the owner about it and she was very grateful that I did. She stated that she will simply mention that she should "reinforce" the top by adding a strap to the back. Luckily when I looked at the copy of the video, her back was to the camera and you couldn't even tell so she will never know that it happened.
