Today at school I experienced mild and short visual hallucinations. It was like a speck of lights or very small sticks were floating fast around my field of vision. It was open-eyed and shocking. I have never experienced anything like that before. I was just standing there and looking at it completely shocked and confused.

I have heard when people who I know well experience powerful self-exploration hallucinations while listening to very well performed music. But I wasn't listening to anything at time. Maybe there is a link with sleep deprivation? This week I slept for 7 hours a night for five or so nights. So I lost about 10 hours of good sleep.

Has anybody experienced something similar or more profound hallucinations without any external substances?
