While it's probably just drugs and another overzealous act of justice, anyone with a preemptive plan should start preempting. I'll personally be stocking up on a 72 hour supply of water and high-carb food, just in case I need to start running.

Stay alert. And please report anything you find or witness, be it proof positive or negative.

At this point, I'm not ruling out any possibilities until more information gets proliferated.

Honestly, at this point you people just won't be able to cope if civilization ends any other way, will you? If the fucking Daleks invade or the entire world gets covered in carnivorous jam, you'll have to make papier-mâché zombie facsimiles just to get through the day.

I have contingency plans for other scenarios.

This is just step one: utilizing a larger network and reaching out to as many people as possible if it seems things could take a turn for something awful.

Awareness and readiness is a means of prevention in a scenario like this. Honestly, I almost didn't post anything to DV, but I figured the worst it could do is tarnish any credibility I have. No big deal if it means potentially helping people, yeah?

Truthfully, though, it shouldn't be an issue if everyone stays constantly alert and aware of their environment. Which you all should be doing anyways if you're into that whole LDing thing.
