This challenge is awesome. The good thing is that you build up sexual tension, and you radiate it in return. If you pay close attention (train your eyes guys) then you will see yourself getting more interest from women subconsciously. Even a week is enough. Every guy should do this once in a while, especially a week before going out to the bar/clubs.
