Day 14 - this is getting quite difficult. |

Even if it was, and you fulfilled your want to have sex, your body would get any physical release, and you'd be in the same situation when you woke up. |
Are you saying that release in a dream will occur in reality? My dreams are pretty much full of sex, and I've never woke up... well, with a mess. |

I meant wouldn't* get any physical release, sorry. |
^^ I was going to say, you've never heard of wet dream? |
Ya, but if I orgasm in my dream and then wake up... I could easily masturbate. Would that not indicate there was no change in prolactin levels? It'd be quite impossible for me to do it if there was a change. |

I'm pretty sure the release associate with an actual physical orgasm is the key here. Even if you orgasm in a dream state, you don't go through the same physiological changes if you were actually undergo a physical orgasm. |
You said you never wake up with a mess, though. Orgasming isn't as significant in making guys unable to go again as ejaculation is, in fact you can easily orgasm multiple times if you don't ejaculate (which is why it's so much more common for girls, obviously). However, I'm not entirely certain of the chemical differences there. |
You could experience an orgasm in a dream and not undergo a physical orgasm in the waking world. This is true for males and females, I assume. Just because the girl doesn't need to ejaculate for the orgasm to take place doesn't mean it's happening in the waking world if she has one in the dream. |
Just a random note: if your dream orgasms wake you up at all (whether you're ejaculating or not), you're probably going through a real orgasm for them. Part of the way orgasms work directly opposes REM sleep. If you stay asleep through them then it's anyone's guess. I'd say that if they don't change the stability of your dream at all then you probably didn't physically have one. |

Always wakes me up like an alarm clock. ^^ |

I've never experienced an orgasm without ejaculation, either, so I can't speak to the sensation. I have, though, experienced an orgasm in a dream and been rocked awake from it. If only there were some way to take a reading of the chemical levels in my body immediately after something like that happens. |

I'm joining again, this time I'm gonna to do two weeks. My last goal was too unachievable. |
Dear fap-diary. This sux. I'm on day 25-ish. I just realized, why would anyone wanna do this to themselfs?... If someone were to tell me to go fuck myself, I'd probably do it, on the spot. |
Warning: Only for the motivated |
I've been doing this challenge since 21st of July. Not because I wanted to but because I've been on vacation with family, which doesn't exactly give you a lot of private time. |
This is pretty much my experience. So rough. |
