By not masturbating we could upregulate D2, and for the first half of the month we could deprive ourselves of REM sleep and cut back on meals to further upregulate D2, and then in the second half of the month we could fast and stay totally sleep deprived to cause a massive barrage of phenethylamine and dopamine on our D2 receptors. Just think, we could be insane by the end of the month.
