Well, it's still snowing here occasionally, so what the hell.
Starting kegel excercises is always a good thing, no matter what time of the year I use two myself. One is clenching and releasing quikly, the other is clenching very powerful for as long as possible. The first is for control, the second for power. When doing the one for control, make sure you do the clenching and releasing right. The speed comes second. If you know any other good ones, please let me know
