I'm not sure how long your March Break is, but it might take a while to notice the effects. But it varies per person and it depends on how often you used to do it. If you do it once a week or so already, then it could take a while to get results. If you do it multiple times a day it won't take as long to notice the results from refrain. But GL!

Ok.... thanks to this thread I have realised that I do indeed find a need to look at porn even when I don't particularly feel like fapping.
I never realised this before. So I will stop using porn now as well. Indefinitely. This should probably cut down on wanking frequency as well.

From this point on, I will also report on a weekly basis. Also, a little advice: this detox has no effect if one falls back in his old habits after this. So my advice is to do it once per week maximum after having finished this.

And don't be discouraged when/if you enter a flatline period. I've been in it for quite some time now, but the length differs from person to person. It doesn't make life really that hard for me (no pun intended), it's just that there's basically no libido. It will get a lot better when you've passed through it. Thx! I'm going to keep it up until it is May, as promised. If the effects are really great I might do it for a longer period of time. I haven't had it that hard yet though. The only hard thing about it is knowing you can do something that feels great, while you have promised not to do it Anyway, whose homepage are you referring to? It might be useful to know about those periods to make sure I'm prepared for whatever is to come in the coming few weeks.
