Week 1 was a success! I am certainly not attempting to go for 365 or even 90 days but I just want to make it a smaller part of my life. 7 days down, plenty more to go.

Other effects include: Tired less, and it is mentally easier to exercise for some reason. The other interesting quirk I've noticed is that the longer you go without orgasming the more intense it is when you finally do. I didn't masturbate for over 3 months after starting hormones because I just didn't feel like it. When I finally did it was so intense it nearly shook my hip bones loose and I fell asleep after. Doing it more frequently however reduces it's impact.
