I was referring to men. Men are into it from a very early age. Also, as you've all said: a man potentially 2-3 times a day, and a woman 2-3 times a week. Equivalently, in a month that is 8-12 times a month you've gotta abstain, and for a man that is abstaining from 54 to 84 times. So adjusted... you should abstain for around 6 months... :P

I wouldn't feel like doing it ever again if I abstained for so long. That's why I didn't.

Imagine one month of abstain had me cut down to once per week/2 weeks, what would 6 months do. :-?

I'm sure it will depend on the girl, time of month, stress level, etc.

Whenever I've tried to do anything like this my productivity has plummeted. After a certain point, it's almost impossible to keep my mind from going back to sexual stuff while I'm supposed to be doing other things and that can waste hours, so it doesn't seem worth it. Does no one else find this?

I got that feeling too after a while, but i try to fight it o.o Maybe it'll be better later...

How long have you kept it up for? That just sounds like the initial dopamine withdrawal, which you'd have to get past to get to the positive benefits.

Ofcourse abstaining will get you sexual thoughts, but I never had them so bad that I can't focus on other stuff. Abstaining actually makes me more focussed, yet much fuller of energy at the same time. It's amazing IMO.
And by the way, I don't think 2-3 times per day is normal for a male. I'd put the average around 3-4 per week :P Doing it much more than that is unhealthy. It's not uncommon nowadays though, thanks to certain websites :P

Haha, perhaps it's a good thing you were addicted. It makes this challenge more interesting and intense for you :D
I kind of sound like a freak when I talk about the amazingness of this stuff lol.
