I just realized that my current small challenge ends on the 18th of June, and I was going to do a summer-challenge, which would therefore start 3 days after :O Well I did say that I wouldn't be doing this challenge for the entire three months I think I'll do 2 summer months, since I didn't finish my last 2month-challenge. I really feel like breaking that 1 month-barrier. I could just lengthen this challenge though. I'll see how I feel about that on the 18th of June

I would imagine testosterone rises in women as well, but you have to keep in mind that most women masturbate less than most men. The chemical difference will not be as significant overall.

True, masturbating 2-3 times a week compared to no masturbating for a week will result in little testosterone change. If I was used to 2-3 times a week, rather than per day, I wouldn't notice this spike in testosterone.

Well, I'm not really sure what influence gender has on all this, but all the males who were succesful for a while agree on it, so perhaps it's because of the difference between male and female orgasm. Could just be personal though

I think it's just the difference in frequency, personally. Doing anything rewarding multiple times a day is enough to be considered an addiction. You would be considered a cocaine addict if you did it multiple times a day, and you would feel significantly better when you stopped using it. You wouldn't be if you did it two or three times a week, and stopping wouldn't make as big a difference.

Not necessarily. I used to do it 2-3 times a week as well, and it has made me feel much better
