Because people find it sexually arousing when the balloon pops lol. Yeah... some do, somewhere. I first saw it on rudetube on TV, and was like... huh. o.0

I watched a few videos to see if it did anything for me... it did a bit, but it was because it was a hot female, not the balloon. ^_^
