Nope I haven't tried transformations yet, first I want to have stable lucids a little more regular than now, and make some modifications to my dream behaviour. It's also going to be some time before I have my first lucid were I'll try anything sexual, but once I do I want to do it for real with lots of fun
And I was already 3 or 4 times a girl in my dreams, only the times counted where something sexual happened, so it might be a few more actually.
The first sexual thing with a transformation I'll try will surely include the demons tail again, it's just too interesting to skip for me, maybe I'll try it while being a girl actually. Not to mention it reminded me of this gif a lot:


Now I have to go and post stuff in the other threads, there are still 13 dreams pending to be written in to the one sentence thread. And one of them lucid. If this challenge will increase my recall and lucidity it'll be quite awesome the next days.

It's funny because even that small gif animation has an arousing effect on me after 17 days of abstinence. That'd do nothing usually.
